02 Session Sharing
Multi-device simultaneous login from disparate IP addresses is flagged as account sharing. This violates our security policy and may lead to permanent loss of achievements.
03 Chargeback Abuse
Filing fraudulent chargebacks for earned or purchased game assets will result in immediate banishment from all Playnexy network services and formal legal reporting.
04 Malicious Clipping
Distorting game recording or performance logs for the purpose of misrepresenting Playnexy technology is prohibited or considered a violation of our media usage agreement.
Limitation of Warranty
Playnexy provides its services on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While our Berlin-based infrastructure team maintains 99.9% uptime targets, we cannot guarantee zero-latency performance across all global networks.
We are not liable for hardware malfunction, data throttling by your ISP (e.g., Deutsche Bahn's Wi-Fi constraints), or performance degradation caused by battery thermal throttling on mobile devices.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Playnexy’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Playnexy in the preceding six months.
Jurisdictional Framework
These Terms and all related digital operations are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal disputes arising from the usage of playnexy.site shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts in Berlin, Germany.
The invalidity of any single clause within these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining document. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any rhythmic interval to reflect changes in German tech regulations or platform evolution.
